Our two (2) seven-bedroom homes have 4-1/2 baths and are located across the street from each other at Lake Berkley in Kissimmee where you have it all.

A new gated-guarded community of beautiful homes in an idyllic setting less than 10 minutes to Disney World, and situated close to great shopping, parks, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

Each home has over 2800 square feet of luxury including 2 king-master bedrooms with en-suite baths, a living room, family room, a formal dining room with seating for ten, and a breakfast nook with seating for six overlooking the pool and custom-designed 38-jet spa (on-deck).

One of the 7 bedroom homes has 2 kings, 3 queens and 2 twin bedded rooms. The other 7 bedroom 2 kings, 2 queens and 3 twin bedded rooms. One twin room in each home can be converted to a king.

Additional features include an outdoor charcoal barbeque, pool table, televisions in all the bedrooms, DVD/VCR, stereo, full-sized washer and dryer, towels, linens, highchair, full-size crib, iron and ironing board and a fully-equipped kitchen. The furnishings throughout the home have been upgraded to assure the ultimate vacation experience.

While staying in our home, be sure to take advantage of Lake Berkley’s resort amenities. Start off by relaxing on the sand beach, playing sand volleyball, walking out to the observation deck and fishing pier, or picnicking at the barbeque area. Next you can jog or walk around the lake. Later there is also a community center with its own community clubhouse with video games, high speed internet access, snack bar, exercise equipment, billiards, air hockey, video rentals, swimming pool, spa and tennis courts.
